Canceling or Changing an Order:

If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at (978) 534-8989 and a sales associate will assist you.

Please keep in mind that sometimes it is not possible to stop a delivery if the order has already shipped.

When Charges Are Applied:

If your purchase is beyond the 30-day Return Policy, please check to see if the manufacturer has provided a warranty and contact the manufacturer directly for the most expedited service.
